JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED™ is a high intensity and endurance based 30 minute workout. Utilizing Jillian's 3-2-1 interval approach: 3 minutes of strength. 2 minutes of cardio.
Join our seasoned yoga instructor for an hour long class that will not only strengthen and tone, yet relax and loosen the body. We currently offer 2-3 yoga classes every week, welcome to first-timers as well as the most advanced yogi.
Our bootcamp classes consist of high intensity conditioning and strength training. Offered almost every weekday, and consisting of easily modified exercises, this class is a great option for everyone!
